We don’t take returns for opened boxes/ opened cellophane fragrances. We do not sell/ resell opened fragrances. So there is no option to test & return. We’ll accept return requests for items that are damaged/broken during handling/delivery. It should be returned to us through courier service in the same/intact condition, it was received.

In case of a damaged/broken issue, we must receive your request in front of the delivery person when you receive your item otherwise any claim/return/refund request (later) will not be accepted.


Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you a message to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another message once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.

For online payments, the refund process could take 7 to 10 workdays depending on the payment method involved. We will refund you using the same payment method using which you have paid.

To get a refund for ‘lost or not delivered’ items, it may take up to 30 days to get confirmation from the logistics partner if it is ‘lost or not delivered’. Whenever it’s confirmed, the money will be refunded immediately.
